			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">A self-guiding bullet that can steer itself towards its target is being developed for use by the US military. The bullet uses tiny fins to correct the course of its flight allowing it to hit laser-illuminated targets. It is designed to be capable of hitting objects at distances of about 2km (1.24 miles).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The current prototype involves a 4in (10cm) bullet which includes an optical sensor in its nose to detect the laser. This information is then processed and used to move motors within the bullet which steer tiny fins, altering the ammunition&#8217;s path. The work on a prototype suggests that accuracy is best at longer ranges.</p>

The New Mexico-based Sandia National Laboratories announced Tuesday Jan. 31, 2012 that its engineers have invented a bullet that directs itself to a target like a tiny guided missile and can hit a target more than a mile away. According to Sandia Labs engineers, the bullet twists and turns to guide itself toward a laser-directed point. Officials say it can make up to thirty corrections per second while in the air.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Back after a break of three complete months! What I did in the last quarter, oh its a very short story and even not worth while to share here. When I crossed a state of indisposition I called of my idea of blogging and I really enjoyed it.</p>
<p>My blog is just not my voice it brands me also it is a Business Card for me. I am a very light user of social media may be because I feel the difference between tweets and complete blog posts are like television soaps and cinema.</p>
<p>The social media posts comes to me as a never ending television soap and a sweet blog post (not so lengthy though) comes like a block burster idea on Friday evening.</p>
<p>BTW I really loved the following quote from David Chang</p>

<p>With more and more Indians now migrating to various parts of the world, the number of countries where Diwali is celebrated has been gradually increasing. <p>I personally like the festival not for the fireworks but mainly because this traditional celebration brings about laborious cleaning of the house weeks in advance, and the new purchase for house and family. On the same time I hate it as well for all the noise and pollution it cause particularly the foul-smelling ‘snake&#8217; which emerged when a little black pill was set on fire, and left marks on tiles. Technology surrounds’ us how so ever, the joy of celebrating the occasion with family is incomparable. </p>

I have often heard people complaining that they are not gifted enough in order to showcase their talent to the world.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I agree that you might not be having the world-class talent, the sort of stuff to create something out of nothing that is one in a million. You might have been overloaded by the feeling that it will be too stupid to tell someone about something that millions of people can already do?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The problem lies when you devote hours in regretting the failures you encountered, the stupid thing you did, the promise you failed, the bug you created, the stock you didn&#8217;t buy, the improvement you didn&#8217;t pursue, the hobby you didn’t continued, the greetings you didn&#8217;t passed, that&#8217;s pretty common.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As a matter of fact generally we respond to what we keep track of. Its shocking that we are not keeping track of  improvements we failed to notice and all the risks we failed to take.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Do not to encourage yourself on the conventional tracks, and on the same time do not hide push yourself to be more in the world. Stay curious stay foolish and please stop stopping yourself.</p>

Companies have marketed their products in such a way that the consumer feels necessitated about it. This Diwali I thought of buying an LED TV for my bedroom. It was a total rollercoaster ride to analyse wich one I should go for. I was not only confused by the various brands but also with the number of options available with in the same brand falling in my budget range.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">First of all its quite difficilt to make up your mind for a particular brand. Walk into any television store and just count the number of models available. It&#8217;s quite baffling, then, you have to figure out what each one does…and why it matters to you. No wonder it is often easier for us to check out, than to check all the options.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In a world of too many options and too little time, our obvious choice is to just ignore the ordinary stuff. Marketing guru Seth Godin spells out why, when it comes to getting our attention, bad and bizarre ideas are more successful than the conventional ones which has turned out to be boring.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Google has launched the next version of Android OS, nicknamed Ice Cream Sandwich, a thing of reality. The Galaxy Nexus is the most ambitious smartphone out at the moment and it is looking like it is ready to blow Apple away. Better known as Android 4.0, the update offers a massive redesign to the user interface and adds a plethora of new features. J.K. Shin (R), President and head of mobile communications business from Samsung, and Andy Rubin, Senior Vice President of Google Mobile, unveiled the Galaxy Nexus, the first smartphone to feature Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a HD Super AMOLED display, during a news conference in Hong Kong October 19, 2011.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Galaxy Nexus is 8.9 millimeters thick and it has been brought to bridge the gap between the two totally separate operating systems Gingerbread version 2.4 and Honeycomb 3.0 on Android. Ice Cream Sandwich also includes enhancements in almost every native app within Android itself. Some of the highlights include an NFC-enabled feature called Android Beam, offline search in Gmail, new lock screen features and a fancy unlocking method called &#8220;Face Unlock,&#8221; which uses facial recognition to ensure strangers can&#8217;t use your phone without permission. It will be available in the U.S., Europe and Asia beginning in November.</p>

<p>In the smartphone market this launch comes at a critical time when Apple and its closest rival Samsung are locked in lawsuits all over the world regarding patent infrigement. Apple has already sued the Samsung, of allegedly copying its iPhone and iPad tablet designs and Samsung is banned from selling its tablet in Australia and Germany.</p>

Consequently, this commercial is an online exclusive and won’t be seen on television. Lonely Maa was seeded on the brand’s Facebook page, with links to YouTube.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cup of coffee in hand, grim determination on her face an elderly woman struggles to turn on a decade old computer and struggles even harder to get online, spilling coffee over the keyboard. All the while a voiceover from her son intones about how busy he’s become, leaving him no time to ‘waste’ hanging out with friends (and, by implication, his mother), and why bother anyway when they can stay in touch via phone, chat and social networking? It seems like a fairly standard tearjerker for a HelpAge India style NGO. Except it is actually for Cadbury’s Celebrations; a range of chocolates specifically designed for gifting through the festive season.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">For the first time in its history of nano-satellite launching, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) used the indigenously built separation mechanism (ejection system) designed by IIT-Kanpur to release “Jugnu” into space on October 12, 2011. Until now, ISRO had been importing this technology from Canada.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jugnu is the ambitious space project of students of IIT Kanpur. A team of students has come ahead to work under the guidance of faculty of IIT Kanpur and ISRO scientists to launch India’s first Nano Satellite. Jugnu is India’s first indigenously designed nano-satellite to be successfully placed into its orbit. It was launched by ISRO’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C18). The Import cost per nano-satellite launch is around Rs 50 lakh.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">These low weights, cost effective Nano-Satellite have significant role to play in the cost reduction, experimentation, reduction in the development and testing time for the new technologies and will significantly change the satellite development activity in the future.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In conservative and largely patriarchal India, women face harassement a barrage of threats ranging from forced marriage and dowry murders to human trafficking, domestic violence, &#8220;honor killings&#8221; and abduction as well as sexual harassment and rape. New Delhi, will soon be able to fight off potential attackers with a push of a phone button that will alert not only friends, family and police but also sound an alarm on their social networking websites.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The phone app &#8220;Fight Back&#8221; will be launched in November by a local charity and will function as an SOS alert device sending out a text message with a GPS location to up to five people, including police, and as a post on Facebook and Twitter. It is an initiative by New Delhi based charity Whypoll and is Asia&#8217;s first phone application aimed at making women safer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is scheduled to be launched in November this year and will be available from the <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.whypoll.org" target="_blank">Whypoll</a> website at a small price. The SOS messages sent out in the form of text messages will be charged as per the user’s tariff plan.</p>

The channel on YouTube offers a one-stop destination for all promotional video content and special extras for Ra.One. The Ra.One movie channel is the first customised channel of its kind to be released in India for a Bollywood movie on YouTube in India. Internationally, YouTube has worked with several Hollywood productions to create customised viral campaigns which became an instant worldwide hit thereafter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The best thing about the custom channel is visitors do not know it is an animation, rather they believe it is the actual Youtube web page that has gone interactive. So people watch the full animation and only later do they know that the actual Youtube web page is below and you need to scroll down. I own a 32 inch full HD monitor&nbsp;in my living room which I some times use as my extended home office in order to&nbsp;have better feel and visualizations particularly while doing some graphic and designinng jobs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Studies suggests clearer your screen is, calmer your mind will become. The productivity level shooted&nbsp;up to 52% increase for certain tasks when people used a larger monitor up to 24 inches. On the bigger screen, people completed the tasks at least 10 to 40 percent more quickly depending upon the nature of job being executed. People were also more likely to remember the seven digit number, which showed that the multitasking was clearly less taxing on their brains.</p>

While we more or less&nbsp;had to do this on smaller screens, there is really no reason to run your web browser maximized on a 22&#8243; screen. Its heaven for the people who are addicted of doing multitasking, you&#8217;re supposed to put two, or three, or four, windows on the same screen for increased productivity. Open up your web browser on one side of the screen, open 2 chat windows and your media player on the other. Instead of switching between windows using the taskbar, you can simply have everything in front of you. Some of the volunteers who participated in the experiment were so enthralled with the huge screen that they begged to take it home.</p>

So some time back I bought a cute small writing table which I used to perform my lot of blogging jobs. Now I am just loving this small peice of wood. Check it out&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Even if you also exercise regularly Sitting for longer duration can be very very hazardous practice. Particularly while talking about using a computer chair could be very bad for your health. It not only invites spondolites, piles to bed sores. Studies suggest that people who spend most of their days sitting are more likely to be fat, have a heart attack or even die. Some time back I have posted a concern on right posture for optimizing full time bloggers well-being. If long sittings are required by your job you must take short breaks and try keep on changing your sitting postures. Now at times I use my computer chair to place my laptop and keboard on my writing table. </p>

Offcourse my cuppa is along with me in every single writing session of mine.</p>

<p>Little Caffeine and my laptop, it is late evening at 10:30PM and I am now sipping a delicious cup of coffee as I write this. Did you get your coffee this evening? Writers say that coffee makes them more productive. According to the grapevine, 2 cups a day is what most workers have, with 61% enjoying their 2 cups per day. Only 28% drink 3 or more cups a day. I need my coffee and blogging, even on holiday. But please never offer me a machine made coffee, I simply hate it. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">One of the most remarkable innovators of our time, Steve Jobs has been called a Henry Ford, a Walt Disney, a Thomas Edison. &#8220;We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today,&#8221; Apple said. &#8220;Steve&#8217;s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jobs died at the age of 56 after a long battle with a rare form of pancreatic cancer. He had struggled with health issues but said very little about his battle with cancer since an operation in 2004. He stepped down from the position of CEO in August, handing the responsibility to Tim Cook.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The <a href="http://www.rhour.com/steve-jobs-charisma/" target="_blank">Steve Jobs’ charisma</a> can&#8217;t be described in words. He was given up for adoption soon after his birth in San Francisco to an American mother, Joanne Carole Schieble, and a Syrian-born father, Abdulfattah &#8220;John&#8221; Jandali.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A college dropout, Jobs started Apple Computer with friend Steve Wozniak in his parents&#8217; garage in 1976.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Steve Jobs, in pain and too weak to climb stairs a few weeks before his death, wanted his children to understand why he wasn&#8217;t always there for them, according to the author of his highly anticipated biography</p>

<h2>Creativity at decline</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">My blogging sessions are comparatively longer during weekends and I feel more tired and less creative during this phase. This leads me to say, the people who are book worms and keep themselves slightly away from physical exertions are less creative then the people who keep themselves busy along with their body and mind.</p>
<h2>Perception</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">All of us know that physical exercise is good for our body and muscles have you ever thought what is its impact on our thinking brain? My this opinion got good support when I read a particular scientific study which says that the mitochondria count of our body is highly dependent on the physical exertion we undergo. Consequently it increases the resistance and strength of our body. It also brings many positive changes in our brain, we experience increase in memory and a positivity of thoughts.</p>
<h2>Experiment</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Though the mechanism hidden behind this process is still a mystery but the study aimed to determine the effect of physical exertion on mice which used in a treadmill running study where as others were kept in quite easy and letahrgic environment. . After four weeks there were many differences in the percieving pattern of both groups.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You might be aware of the fact that more than 20% of your body’s blood and oxygen go directly to the brain. Exercise, particularly cardio training, effectively increases the flow to the brain, keeping it a well-oiled machine. </p>
<h2>Conclusion</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you are devoting your normal full day inside your home office than you really requires a pair of dumbbell weights so that you may undergo some light excercises during your breaks. If you’re really pressed for time, something as simple as opening a window and getting fresh air can give your brain the extra juice it needs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Are you struggling to find right time for your writing or reading needs? If yes you have to undergo doing real check about your conviction. What I realised after giving a serious thought about what I am finally going to do about my hobbies. Thereafter a fact appealed me which I read somewhere, story of success figure that it takes ten thousand hours of practice to become an expert in almost anything.</p>
<h2>Passion vs obsession</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The fishy part is that your conviction can be&nbsp;of two types, one which satisfies your egocentric needs and one which actually satisfies your unique conviction. It lands you ignorantly in very dangerous situation when you fail to connect to your actual&nbsp;conviction. One thing which I have realised so far is that the actual game is not about the speed because it’s a marathon and definitely not a sprint.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">It’s been a complete one quarter&nbsp;of my revisit to blogging and I honestly can’t believe that I started a new season of life where I’d spending the vast majority of my time quite busy almost every sphere of life. Let me admit it was definitely not a lifestyle of leisure. It’s a lot of work and I have to push just as much as I can! Because it’s about my priorities..</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Samsung Galaxy S2 followed on from the previous incarnation of the premium device and has become one of the biggest and best handsets in the business. So what has made this device so popular? We look into the best five things about the Samsung Galaxy S2.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Though some phones now have higher resolutions the S2 has managed to have a better screen through its brilliant Super AMOLED Plus display. This has taken everything Samsung have learnt from their TV making and transferred it into the screen of the phone. This leaves us with a screen that we can do nothing but love to watch. No matter how much of a tilt the display still has an even and strong contrast of colours and is a joy for videos and web browsing.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Processor</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Samsung Galaxy S2 comes with a dual core 1.2GHz powerhouse that is designed by ARM and can take on the most powerful and heavy of tasks. The processor is a monster and eats up whatever sort of multitasking is thrown at it. In fact, at the moment it is so powerful that there aren&#8217;t any apps available that can even cause the phone to stutter.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Android</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Galaxy S2 was one of the first to come with Gingerbread Android and it really benefits from it. Add to this Samsung’s own TouchWiz technology and you are in for a treat. The phone has some of its own lovely applications for Samsung, including the Social Hub and Games Hub, as well as a number of wonderful Google applications and access to Android Market. It makes a great phone and is a pleasure to use.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Camera</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The phone also comes with an 8 megapixel camera that we can assure you is excellent and works very well with the screen. The camera can also take 1080p footage and is an excellent for taking and passing onto the big screen via DLNA connection wirelessly.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Slim</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The device is also amazingly slim, and although those who are looking for something to complain about will see it as a flimsy plastic device – it is not – they will ignore it’s amazing slimness and its attractive simple design. In fact we love it from its simple fascia to its monolithic look.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">These are some of the reasons that the Galaxy S2 is shaping up to be a hugely popular device, with more than 5 million Galaxy S2 deals sold in just the first couple of months of sale. In fact, it is not far off beating its predecessor for the title of bestselling Android phone of all time, and is the biggest current threat to the iPhone brand. A few months on and it is still one of the most popular phones on the market.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">NASA&#8217;s, Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS) fell back to Earth at 12:01 a.m. EDT (0401 GMT) on Saturday, Sept. 24, after 20 years of orbiting Earth. The satellite was designed to study the Earth&#8217;s ozone layer for three years after its 1991 launch, but it lasted through 2005, when NASA decommissioned it and set it on course for eventual disposal in Earth&#8217;s atmosphere. <p style="text-align: justify;">The location where it fell was a remote ocean area in the Southern Hemisphere, far from any major land mass. The debris field is located between 300 miles and 800 miles downrange, or generally northeast of the re-entry point. NASA is not aware of any possible debris sightings from this geographic area. <p>Using latest web technologies like AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3, blogger has come up with long awaited dynamic views (seven).  It brings in a unique browsing experience that will inspire your readers to explore your blog in new ways.  The new interactive layouts make it easier for readers to enjoy and discover your posts. </p>
<p>Adding these views to your own blog is quite easy. You have to go to the Template tab on your dashboard, and select whichever view you want to set as your default. </p>
